Our policy only covers 14 days starting on the day of delivery.
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return, exchange or refund. Any returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Only if the item is faulty at the time of receipt of the incorrect item is received, we will cover the costs of the return.
All caskets, coffins and funeral accessories must not have been used. If they have, we will not be able to offer any return, exchange or refund.
Coffins are all customized items. They are not eligible to any return, exchange or refund unless it has manufacturing defects or we have sent the incorrect item.
Under The Consumer Rights Act, we will accept returned items even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be resalable and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When returning an item, we require the item(s) is/are returned via a recorded delivery service as the customer is liable until we receive the return before being eligible for a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or a returns number to be included with the return.
A full refund will be refused if the following
– Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged, or is missing parts, or is missing original packaging for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned longer than 14 days after delivery.
– Any coffin product
We reserve the right to refuse the return and/or a full refund if any items do not meet the above criteria.
You, the customer, are eligible for a refund once we have received the returned the goods, inspected it and confirmed it meets the return condition criteria.
